I had an amazing experience at Cloud 9. I booked a 1hr foot massage and it was so relaxing that i fell asleep and took mini naps. Amy was really nice and knows how much pressure is needed for the massage. She was really polite and made sure that i am comfortable. I really enjoyed the whole cozy and comfy session and looking forward to visit again.

This place is AWESOME! Very reasonably priced and I've always had great service. I've had the 30 minute foot massage several times, also the 40min/40min foot massage/Swedish massage, and also the 90 minute Swedish massage many times and every service has been wonderful with great results. All of the massage therapists are very caring and talented. I also highly recommend Leo for Swedish or deep tissue massage. Overall this is a wonderful and very professional place and I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful first-time experience at Cloud 9. I booked a foot massage and received so much more. My massage therapist, Mary, identified areas of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back and gently worked through those while still providing a relaxing and therapeutic foot massage. The spa is clean, beautiful, and very professional. It smells lovely, the restrooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is tranquil and dimly lit — perfect for a truly relaxing and refreshing visit. You won’t regret booking here. The prices are also fantastic — it’s such a treat to receive professional service without it costing hundreds of dollars. It definitely makes returning for regular treatments much more doable!

They took me in on a last minute appointment which was very nice of them. I got the 30-30 (30 foot and 30 body) massage from Wendy. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had - the therapist checked with me on the pressure a couple of times and focused on the points I needed. I woke up feeling super rejeuvenated and fresh. I would recommend booking an appointment at least earlier in the day (I was lucky to get one but all of the slots after mine were filled)
